Video Sessions

Video sessions are most like the typical session you may imagine for therapy. Session are similar to a online meeting, but held in our HIPAA compliant secure platform. Both you and your therapist login at your scheduled appointment time and talk using audio and video.

Audio Sessions

These are scheduled sessions which are held with audio only on our secure and free platform. Both yourself and your therapist will log in and hold your session utilizing your microphones for audio. You can access your sessions via app or web browser.

Live Chat Sessions

These are similar to a typical therapy session but available with live chat. During your scheduled appointment, both you and your therapist will be logged into the HIPAA-compliant platform where you will chat in real time during your session.

Messaging Support

Similar to text and email, you can use these supportive services whenever you'd like. Use the free app or web browser on our secure platform. After we agree to work together you message Elisabeth and she will reply back within 24 business hours.

Supervision

Elisabeth is a LMFT and a MN MFT Board Approved Supervisor. Supervision is offered on weekly or biweekly online. Elisabeth is EMDR trained, and works from a solution focused, narrative and experiential lens. She has experience with a variety of populations and a current focus on women's mental health. Reach out to see if we are a good fit.

Contract for Supervision

If you have staff members who require supervision reach out if you are interested in Elisabeth providing supervision to your staff on a regular basis. These services are available online using HIPAA-compliant software. Elisabeth is a MN MFT Board Approved Supervisor.
